Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can tell us not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies or pixels, California law may treat that as "sharing," and you can opt out of it using any of the three methods below.

Three ways to opt out

Choose the method that works for you. Each one works on its own.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Turn on GPC in a browser or extension that supports it. We detect the signal and apply your opt-out to that browser automatically.
Opt-out form: Visit our Your Privacy Choices page and submit your choice. It applies to the browser you use.
Email: Write to support@merrybazaar.com with the subject line "Do not sell or share." Include the email address you use with us so we can apply your choice to your customer record.

What happens after you opt out

We stop selling or sharing your personal information within 15 business days of your request. Browser-based opt-outs through GPC or the form take effect right away in that browser. If you clear your cookies or switch to a new browser or device, turn GPC on again or resubmit the form there. An email request applies to your customer record on every device.

No ID needed

We never ask for a government ID to process an opt-out. An opt-out does not need identity verification. If you email us, we may ask for the email address or order number linked to your purchases so we can find your record.

No discrimination

Opting out does not change your prices or service. We will not charge you a different price, give you a different level of service or deny you a purchase because you opted out.

Authorized agents

Someone you authorize can opt out for you. The agent should email support@merrybazaar.com with your written permission. We may contact you to confirm the request.

Other privacy rights

You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights, how to request them and how we respond.

Right to appeal

If we deny a privacy request, you can appeal. Reply to our decision email with the subject line "Privacy appeal." We respond within 60 days. If you disagree with the result, you can contact your state Attorney General.
