This Disclaimer explains the limits of the information on merrybazaar.com. It works together with our Terms of Service.

Product photos and colors

Colors can look different on your screen than in person. Each product photo shows the item in one color, and screen settings, lighting and devices change how that color appears. The size and color you select at checkout determine the item you receive. If a color is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Sizing and fit

Fit varies from one style to another. Product photos show how a piece looks on a model, and many styles are cut loose or oversized. Knitwear can also vary slightly from one piece to the next because of how knit fabric is made. We list measurements only after our supplier confirms them. If the fit is not right, you can exchange for a different size at no cost.

Fabric and care

Follow the care label sewn into your garment. We add fabric content and care details to product pages only after our supplier confirms them. Until then, the label inside the garment is the correct source for fiber content and washing instructions.

Safe use of clothing

Keep all clothing away from open flames and high heat. Loose and brushed knits can catch fire more easily than tightly woven fabrics. Apparel sold in the United States must meet the federal flammability standard for clothing textiles, 16 CFR Part 1610. Do not iron or dry an item at a higher heat than its care label allows.

Information on this site

We work to keep product details, prices and policies accurate and current. Mistakes can still happen. When we find an error, we correct it. If an error affects your order, we email you and give you the choice to cancel for a full refund.

Reviews reflect the opinions of the customers who wrote them. Each person's experience with fit, color and feel can differ. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not pay for reviews.
